Support

Get unstuck without sharing private conversations.

Use the checks below before reporting a problem. A redacted report is enough for most follow-up.

Start with the symptom

Unsupported page

Open ChatPort from a conversation page on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Codex web. Codex desktop and unrelated pages are not supported.

No conversation found

Reload the conversation, make sure the current ChatPort version is enabled, then open the extension again.

Local file did not save

Allow downloads for the page. For PDF, finish Chrome’s print dialog and choose Save as PDF.

Long chat looks incomplete

Scroll through lazy-loaded parts of the conversation first, reopen ChatPort, and compare the message count before export.

Notion connection and export

A workspace or page is missing

A connection sees only the pages authorized in Notion. Reconnect or update access in Notion, then reload ChatPort. The picker shows up to 100 recently edited top-level pages.

The session expired

Disconnect the selected workspace in ChatPort and connect it again. To revoke access completely, remove the connection from Notion settings too.

The backend is not configured

Report the exact visible error and ChatPort version. Do not send an OAuth response, session blob, or token.

Images and diagrams

ChatPort queues captures because Chrome limits screenshot frequency. If automatic detection misses a visible graph or diagram, use Capture an image for local files. Captured images are for local PDF, Markdown, and HTML files; public Notion exports are text-only in 1.0.0.

Report a bug safely

Email ksangpikul@gmail.com with:

  • ChatPort version
  • AI service and export format
  • Exact visible error message
  • Steps that reproduce the issue
  • Whether a short non-sensitive test conversation has the same problem
Never send: passwords, one-time codes, API keys, OAuth tokens, encrypted session blobs, private conversation text, or personal screenshots. Redact titles, URLs, workspace names, and personal content before attaching an image.

Install or update

The Chrome Web Store listing is the source for the public extension release. Release notes separate the public release from the next candidate update.
